Empowered Spark Co.

Problem and Goal:
Local salons and wineries often seek ways to attract and retain customers through unique experiences. Jewelry brands, meanwhile, struggle to differentiate in a crowded market. The goal was to design a business model that blends product, experience, and partnership to create repeatable value.

Methods
Applied a consulting mindset: identified a niche (permanent jewelry) and validated demand through small-scale pilots.
Built a brand identity + booking system that emphasized trust, design, and personalization.
Structured partnerships with salons and local pop-up markets as co-marketing opportunities, driving foot traffic for both parties.
Optimized customer lifecycle with loyalty touchpoints (e.g., free rewelds) to increase retention and referral growth.

Results
Launched 20+ pop-up activations across Southern California.
Reached 80+ customers in the first year without paid advertising.
Created a repeatable partnership playbook that can be scaled or applied to other verticals.
Business Impact
This venture demonstrates my ability to approach entrepreneurship as a consultant: identify market gaps, design systems, and execute scalable strategies. The Empowered Spark model can be adapted for client growth strategies, whether in consumer brands, SaaS, or service-based businesses
