I began my career in the biotech industry, working hands-on in the lab as a QC Analyst. Those early years gave me a deep
appreciation for precision, data integrity, and the scientific process — but they also sparked something bigger:
I realized I loved connecting science to people.
That realization led me into sales, where I combined my technical foundation with a passion for building relationships.
Over the next decade, I worked my way through roles at innovative companies like MBL International, HEL Group,
and Cresset Software & Discovery. Along the way, I consistently exceeded revenue targets —
closing $1.7M+ in sales, achieving 90–100% quota attainment, and leading enterprise accounts across the West Coast.
What sets me apart is this blend: a scientific mind trained to analyze data, paired with the creativity and empathy required
to grow revenue. I don’t just sell products — I design systems, strategies, and playbooks that scale.
Beyond corporate sales, I’ve also pursued entrepreneurship, founding Empowered Spark Co., a jewelry brand built on
meaningful connections, and launching Kathy NS Consulting, where I help small GTM teams and entrepreneurs
grow through data-driven sales systems.
